Full Grooming
Comprehensive package consisting of bathing, drying, CUTTING and total cleansing. It is offered in a luxury mobile unit, with state-of-the-art autonomous equipment, with temperature control, safety, comfort and music therapy. Each appointment is carried out as an express service, personalised to your needs. You no longer have to make a day of it, or go out to a shop and stress your pet for a long time. All we need is a place near your home to park and your furry beauty to pamper!
Includes:
Nail clipping
We use specific nail clippers and make sure not to cut too close to the ‘Quick’.
Nail Filing
Filing dogs’ nails smoothes the edges after trimming, preventing chipping or snagging.
Complete bathroom
Use a high quality shampoo suitable for your pet’s coat type.
Careful rinsing to avoid skin irritation.
Cuts
Cutting is one of the final stages. Using scissors and/or clippers the groomer proceeds to cut the coat according to the breed of the furry, or desired style.
Drying
Using towels and a hand or high-speed dryer, depending on the size of the pet, the groomer proceeds to leave a dry coat.
The full grooming includes the traditional cut. If you would like a special cut such as Lion, English, Dutch, Modern, Puppy, Summer, Cupcake or Teddy Bear, you will have to pay an additional $20 USD.
Basic Grooming

How to acquire our service?
- The client contacts us via telephone or social networks.

- Customer service serves the customer:
- Collect information about the pet.
- Check and agree on the availability of the date and time for the appointment.
- Collect information about the pet.
- The Groomer arrives at the agreed day in the Mobile van.
- The Groomer receives the pet: Performs a quick check of the pet to identify any visible health problems or special conditions before starting the service.
- If the pet is in good condition: We proceed to start the service according to the client's requirements.
- Relaxation techniques are continued: Such as music therapy and aromatherapy to make your furry friend more relaxed for any service.
- Once the service is finished: The pet is handed over for the client to give his Feedback, and he is also informed about any important observations.
